Saya coba bagikan hasil dari bahan kuliah S2 saya di sebuah perguruan tinggi di Jakatrta, kali ini saya akan bagikan tentang Teori Organisasi. Semoga bermanfaat…
Ada beberapa teori Organisasi antara lain adalah :

Scientific Management Theory yang di lontarkan oleh Frederick W. Tailor (1856-1915), kata kuncinya adalah  bahwa efisiensi adalah segalanya (Efficiency is Everything).
  1. All job can be observed and analyzed
  2. The best person for the job can be trained.
  3. One best way is followed by training people and paying them on an incentive basis
  4. Put manager in charge of planning, preparing and inspecting work. The worker simply carries out the manager direction.
  5. Tailor put the right person on the job with the correct tools and equipment, follow instruction exactly, and motivated the worker with an economic incentive
  6. Tailor achieved consistent productivity improvement in the range of 200 percent or more.
Bahwa semua pekerjaan bisa di amati (observed) dan di analisa( analyzed),
Bahwa untuk mendapatkan orang yang tepat untuk suatu pekerjaan adalah dengan cara di training .
Salah satu cara terbaik adalah dengan memberikan training dan memberikan mereka insetive secara berkala.
Perlunya ditempatkan manager untuk melakukan perencanaa, persiapan dan memonitor pekerjaaan. Dengan demikian para pekerja tinggal mengikuti arahan dari para manager.Perlunya kita menempatkan orang yang tepat dengan peralatan yang tepat pula dan tentu saja orang ini bisa mengikuti instruksi secara tepat, dan di motivasi dengan adanya tunjangan tunjangan finansial yang akan memaju produktivitasnya.
Teori Kedua oleh –Henry Fayol (1841-1925) dengan Classical Organizational Theory,

Ada 14 Prinsip Management  :
  1. Division of work – Specilaization increases output productivity by making employees more efficient
  2. Authority -Managers must be able to give orders and authority gives them this right
  3. Disciplin – Employees must obey and respect the rules that govern the organization.
  4. Unity of command- Every employee should receive orders from only one superior
  5. Unity of direction – The organization should have a single plan of action to guide managers and workers
  6. Subordination of individual interests to the general interest – The interests of any one employee or group of employees should not take precedence over the interests of the organization as a whole
  7. Remuneration -Workers must be paid a fair wage for their service
  8. Centralization – This term refers to the degree to which subordinates are involved in decision making
  9. Scalar chain  The line of authority from top mangement to the lowest ranks is scalar chain
  10. Order People and materials should be in the right place at the right time
  11. Equity Managers should be kind and fair to their subordinates
  12. Stability of tenure of personnel Management should provide orderly personnel planning and ensure that replacements are available to fill vacancies (kekosongan). ( Stabilisasi suatu jabatan dan mempersiapkan pengganti bila ada pergantian pegawai)
  13. Initiative-  Employees who are allowed to originate and carry out plans will exert (use) high levels of effort
  14. Esprit de corps (semangant korps) – Promoting team spirit will build harmony and unity within the organization
